We would 100% recommend Jay to everyone, as he was amazing during what most would say has been a very stressful time. We didn’t have the best of luck when it came to house purchases, and he was extremely patient with us throughout each property that came to us. He was able to extend our mortgage offer which helped us immensely, especially as interest rates had gone up several times over this period.

He had our best interests at the heart of all his advice and we couldn’t ask for a better advisor. He highlighted some key important areas that we were unaware of such as mortgage and personal protection.

We came up against a situation that needed to be updated and corrected with our legal documentations and exercises for financial planning, given all new regulations and numerous changes of circumstances in our personal lives.

You undertook this challenge and liaised with specialist professionals in areas of equity release, commercial law, wills, inheritance tax planning and offered solutions, from which we chose appropriate and acceptable ones, that matched our criteria and requirements.

As first-time buyers, we felt as if we were entering a world of unknown. Obtaining a mortgage was a very daunting prospect let alone thinking about all of the added legal requirements that came with it. We had no idea where to start and we hadn’t received much of an insight into joining the property ladder.  

Jay was an incredible help and because of him, we were able to understand the difference between the different types of mortgages and the pros and cons of each. We also learned how taking on a longer-term mortgage could be used to our advantage. We felt like we were in control and with Jay’s help, we were able to access a reliable solicitor. We were guided in the right direction without the stress of having to deal with it all on our own. Jay was with us every step of the way and gave us detailed explanations when it came to the paper trail side of things. Jay took the time to carefully guide us through each step and explain the numerous options available to us. The advice and guidance we received was nothing but truthful and fair and we never once felt under pressure to purchase a particular product.

Jay was able to speak to the companies on our behalf to help make our sign up as smooth as the mortgage application was!
